Vice President Business Banking
Mike Schmalzer serves in dual roles as Senior Vice President in First Resource Bank’s OnPoint HOA Financial Division and as Vice President Business Banking for First Resource Bank. Mike has spent 10+ years creatively curating financial solutions for his clients in the small business and HOA sectors. Mike holds a BA in Business with dual emphases in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from Bethel University in St. Paul, MN. Mike will be graduating from the Graduate School of Banking in August of 2024.
Outside of the bank, Mike is a dedicated family man with a passion for the outdoors. During his free time, you can find Mike spending quality time with his family or somewhere in the woods with his bow in hand.
