Deposit Operations Officer
Desiree Madsen, Deposit Operations Officer, has been with First Resource Bank since 1997, beginning as a teller and working her way through a multitude of roles within the organization. Desiree attributes her longstanding banking career to the opportunities she has had to advance within the organization, expand her education and knowledge, and grow with the bank through its many changes of management, co-workers and the banking industry over the years.
Desiree learned the value of hard work and its rewards at a young age. “Both personally and professionally I strive to create and model a better life for those around me, creating stability and sustainability for my children, grandchildren and their future generations.”
During her free time, Desiree enjoys sewing, landscaping and gardening, and spending time with her husband, daughters and grandchildren.
