Charlie Anderson joined First Resource Bank as chief Operating Officer in 2019 after 17-years with a leading Twin Cities investment bank. Charlie manages the day-to-day operations of the Bank while helping formulate its strategic direction. He is a member of the executive team and appreciates working for an organization that treats its employees and customers like family. Charlie also serves on First Resource Bank’s board of directors.
Charlie graduated from Gustavus Adolphus College, holds an MBA from the Carlson School of Management, University of MN, is a CFA Charterholder, and completed the Graduate School of Banking program at the University of WI, Madison.
Charlie values his life, both personally and professionally. “My faith and family have shaped me into the person I have become and I try to focus on both daily.” Outside of the office, Charlie loves spending quality time with his family and watching, playing and coaching basketball when given the chance.
