VP Compliance Officer
Jamie Germain became First Resource Bank’s Vice President Compliance Officer in 2020. Jamie has held several banking roles throughout her career and today appreciates First Resource Bank’s high-quality staff, focus on teamwork and efficiency, receptive, transparent, and forward-thinking management, and flexible workspaces.
Jamie holds a BA in Psychology from UW Eau Claire and a Paralegal Certificate from Globe School of Business. Jamie is a go-getter, setting both personal and professional goals. “When I was in high school, I couldn’t run a mile without walking. Then, fifteen years and several energetic goals later, I finished a 10K race in 90-degree heat. I learned that conquering small goals on the way to reaching a big goal keeps me motivated while bolstering self-confidence.”
During Jamie’s free time, you can find her traveling, reading, hiking, biking, snowshoeing, motorcycle riding or checking out a new winery.
